OUR POLICIES AND TERMS:
Orders Cancellations / Special Requests
A initial deposit of 50% is required at the time of order to reserve function dates with a balance due 14 days before the event. A cancellation fee 100% shall be imposed should a customer cancel less than 7 days before said event. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Changes and cancellations must be done 1 week prior to the event. The client is responsible to notify MSD should it becomes necessary to cancel.

Disclaimer / Waiver
MSD cannot be responsible for any event that is delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, earthquakes, storms, and other acts of nature. There will be an additional charge added for any additional services or requested beyond what is contracted. In the event damages are occurred to MSD property, the cost of repairs and or replacements shall be billed to the client (Linens, Chinaware, Flatware/Silverware, Crystal, Chafers...etc...). MSD and its staff shall not be liable for any damage that may occur by accident or by any person at the customer's premises or event location.
Payment
For corporate clients, payment shall be made upon delivery, unless credit has been established and accepted by MSD management. All payments 30 days or more past-due, are subject to a finance charge.
